Training (2010-02-07)

A couple of sessions under our belt, we review and practise with Brian and Chen leading us. 

Don, again ,excels at being a girl. 

Melissa is no slouch either (see the ballet training?)

Training (2010-03-07)

Another week.

Training (2010-03-14)

Yay!  Costumes!

A quick fitting later, time to stretch and get back to work. 

Training (2010-03-28)

The guys get their suspenders and they're looking good.

But the girls look pretty hot in them too.  (Big) Dan, however, doesn't have time to think about that - he's busy getting our equipment...

Hm... how about the guys in feathers? 

O.k. strike those poses.

Dress Rehearsal at Dance With Me studio (2010-04-04)

Tayo here to support us again.  I hand over my camera.   

Kevin approved of the rehearsal. 

But Angelyn had a different review. 

Eric gives last minute hair instructions.

And in the middle of it all - Brian is there. 

The Big Day at Shaw (2010-04-10)

Hair, lashes, makeup... The dressing room was in a frenzy as we got ready. 

Others had foresight to pack extra hair spray, extra nylons, eyelash flue, and even toothbrushes... I managed to forget my feather (good thing there were some I could "borrow" from the centre pieces).

Jewels - the finishing touch.

The girl's dressing room was definitely where it's at. 

And so, Brian had to be there too.

After the Performance

Eric said some nice things and awards were given. 

We cheered for Don and Dan. 

(Don shouldn't have been so surpried.)

Then paraded off for photos. 

Our lovely photographers... 

... made us feel like the cat's meow.
