Jazzy's baby shower started early afternoon on a bright and beautiful day, and Carrie's house was a lovely venue for the event.
We filed into the house and got comfortable - but not before stopping to take pictures of the fun decorations, and to work on Baby Sev's special gift: Advice and/or good wishes for each of his/her birthday from the 1st to the 18th!
Each guest took a card for a specific birthday, filled it out and sealed it in a envelope. So sweet! (But of course, it did make me a little anxious... oh, what to write?!)
Some drinks and some introductions later - time for games!
First: Feed the mystery baby food to your partner using the plastic spoon. The one who finishes first (or has the most eaten) when Diana calls time, wins! 
I felt sorry for my partner who tried, but ended up almost spitting out the food (later revealed to be peas). 
Second: While blindfolded, diaper, dress, and swaddle "your baby". Not only do you have to do it fast, we had a nurse in resident to judge if you did it right!

A refreshment break later, we started the third gamed. Gift bingo: Fill-in each of the bingo squares with an item you expect the Jazzy will get. As she opens the presents, if the item appears on your card mark it with a gummy bear. First person to make a line wins!

We'll certainly find out!
But, before or after we eat all the gummy bears? (Right: Does that come in adult-size?)
